I am a 20 years old man

Symptoms:
CVP and fresh all day CAP
The peak heart rate 140-150, if I stretch my chest, or standing
Spell of dizziness
Hot flashes
+ Acid Reflux Regurgitation
Easily tired (like standing)
Heaviness in the chest
Breathing problems
Fear

I went to a cardiologist, and then do an ECG, echocardiography, stress test, Holter monitor, event monitor, Chest X-ray, blood and various tests that have become well. I also had my thyroid ultrasound and computed tomography of the head, were normal.

Then all of the above symptoms of anxiety will be caused? I am out of breath and feel very tired, with a rapid pulse, and heat waves, like all the days of just standing or climbing stairs.

Just posting this here because I do not want to go back to a doctor for the millionth time this year.
