The value of a house is very low, is an exact replica of the house across new. The price of new houses is usually increased in part because of inflation and the housing could be used as a value more than when new, but not enough aujourd built new houses, "Today only. The combined value of a home land includes the value of land and can be up or down, depending on how the neighborhood is desirable, but in general the ground is still as good as it is today 100 years ago.

A mobile home does not usually include the country sitting at. The price is usually that the structural damping is much clearer.

Often I think people are spending more money for the renovation of a house that makes a mobile home, then this would be another factor.

Most of the houses last 100-150 years, we have houses about 350 years ago 350 years ago that the camper. If the mobile homes were built with the same quality of materials with the same structural standards such as houses and understand a good solid foundation to do fixed the value of the houses, which the presumption that it is on land owned by the owner of the trailer. many materials from which the trailer and specially for them as cheap as possible so that they decompose, they sell more trailers.
