Is "Cheese" a good source of protein esp. for building muscle mass ?? I am asking dieticians & fitness pros. ? - fitness protein

I think the cheese is rich in calcium so good for the bones, rather than their protein content! What are the benefits of eating cheese? What are ur comments? I've been in fitness / exercise for a long time. Am frm India.

I would not trust the cheese as a protein source. They adhere to the tuna, chicken and lean meat .... Vegetarian? Take some substitute whey protein for after workouts and meals. Milk is about 8 grams of protein per serving and the cheese is about 4 twice as thick.

The cheese has the same amount of protein per serving, as a serving of milk, but is generally higher in fat. You are entitled to a good source of calcium.

It would be difficult to get enough protein cheese, just because the fat has much of its extent. At the time he had enough protein to help build muscle mass, which would eat a ton of fat and calories!

The milk used to make cheese, is an excellent source of protein to build muscles. But if you drink whole milk have the same problem with the cheese. Even the best sources are eggs and meat, so if you would be interested in building mass, I do what my basic protein and cheese not.
