Flax seed, Noni, Green tea, Apple Cider Vinegar--Pills vs. Liquids?? - green tea seeds

It would be easier to take pills instead of drinking.
Pills? You do not have the same advantages as a liquid real? Thanks for the help

Some people find it convenient to take cider vinegar in pill or tablet form rather than traditional liquid form, but I can not recommend it.
Conversion of liquid vinegar in a pill or tablet requires additional processing very exhausted, that most of the nutrients in the original liquid cider vinegar.

8 Apple apple vinegar tablet was found recently reviewed by a team of scientists from the Department of Environmental Sciences (Human Nutrition), University of Arkansas and many contradictions and inaccuracies in labeling, that doubts about the quality of stroke pills.

I drink as much fun as it is to his advantage.
I think that the relaxation that occurs when a break to drink or to enjoy as part of a routine to help both as active ingredients.

The effect of these pills, but is more liquid form, is, of course. Try honey in a glass of water, thou thy cider vinegar.
